Professional Learning Communities are teams of educators who collaborate on a regular basis to improve student outcomes. By analyzing data and sharing research-based classroom practices, teachers will enrich their instruction which will result in improved learning for all students.​

 

Purposeful practice called professional learning communities (PLCs), which has a laser-like commitment to making sure every student in every classroom experiences meaningful learning through relevant opportunities and thoughtful discussions. The PLC approach recognizes that the key to improved learning for students is continuous job-embedded learning for educators.
