          High School classses:

     
           Contact our office to schedule
           a 30 minute Assessment appointment.  
           At the appointment you will 
           need to provide a valid
           Government-Issued ID.
           A Counseling Appointment will be
           scheduled for you after your assessment
           is complete, and has been scored.
           During the counseling appointment
           please provide a valid
            Government-Issued ID and a
           Official Sealed copy of your
           High School Transcript(s). 
           
     
         Δ 140 Unit Requirement:
           Students need 140 or more credits
           completed that are transferable
           to qualify for our
           High School Program

     CAHSEE Information 
    The law - Senate Bill (SB) 172 - requires
    that schools award a diploma to any pupil
    who completed grade twelve in the 2003–04
    school year or later, and met all applicable
    graduation requirements other than the passage
    of the high school exit examination.
    Effective 1/1/16. If you believe you are now
    eligible to receive a diploma, please fill out this CAHSEE Diploma Request Form (pdf)

    HIGH SCHOOL ( DIPLOMA ) LEARNING CENTER

    HSLC is a lab environment where students will complete coursework in multiple subjects to fulfill graduation requirements. Coursework is internet/computer-based with required in-class instructional support and additional assignments outside of class. Students are expected to meet due dates for all assignments and regular attendance is mandatory to remain in the program.  
     
     
    High School Diploma Requirements     
    Credits earned at previous high schools, adult schools, and colleges will be counted towards your diploma. Students will work on only the credits needed to complete requirements. A transcrip from the last high school attended is required.

    Submit completed request, $10.00 payment, and valid, government-issued identification card.
    Please allow 24 -48 hours to process upon receipt

    Please click on the Transcript Request Form link and fill out all required
    fields.  If paying by credit card, enter requested information, if paying by money
    order or cashiers check, please make payment out to Fremont Adult School.  Include
    a copy of your valid, government-issued identification card.  Please allow 5-7 days to process upon receipt.

    *Employment/Education Verifications are treated as transcript requests.
    Transcript requests lacking payment information or copy of valid ID will not be processed.
    Missing or incomplete school information may delay processing request.  A separate 
    transcript request form and fee is required for each recipient.  Transcript requests normally
    take 24-48 hours to process, upon receipt of request.  Failure to pick up transcript(s)
    within 30 days, will result in forfeiture of transcript(s) and all fees paid.  Official transcripts
    cannot be faxed/emailed.
    Fremont Adult School is not the custodian of FUSD High School Records.
     
     
    International Students, Foreign Vistors and Au Pairs are not allowed in core classes
