    TRANSCRIPTS

    June 26 – August 3, 2017: Irvington High School - 8am-1:20pm (Monday-Thursday)
    August 7 – 24, 2017 (NOT avail on Fri, 8/11): Secondary Education, FUSD - 9am-1pm (Monday-Friday) 
    August 28, 2017: School Sites


    In addition to the completed Request for Transcript form (pdf), a cashier’s check or money order for $5.00 (no cash or personal checks will be accepted) made payable to the Fremont Unified School District is required for each transcript requested along with a stamped envelope pre-addressed to a designated college or organization. Requests should be mailed to:

    Transcripts can be generated for records from 1984 to 2017. Transcripts needed for years prior to 1984 must be obtained from the individual high school sites when school offices reopen in August.

     

    WORK PERMITS

    June 26 – August 3, 2017: Irvington High School - 8am-1:20pm (Monday-Thursday)

    Must bring:
    • Completed Request for Work Permit form (pdf)
    • Student’s original social security card signed (not laminated)
    • Picture I.D. (school I.D., driver’s license, passport)
    Work permits can only be picked up by the student as the student’s signature is required.
