    PRESIDENT

    ·         Meet with FUSD Superintendent on a regular basis to keep FUSD/PTA communications strong

    ·         Point of contact for unit support


    EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

    Additional Responsibilities: 

    ·         Attend ALL FCPTA meetings (once per month on the second Monday from 7-9 pm)

    ·         Attend all Peralta District PTA meetings

    ·         Share President duties as needed

    ·         Additional point of contact for unit support

    ·         Provide training and assistance as necessary to all unit PTA’s

    ·         Track & assist struggling unit PTA’s

    ·         Ideally this role will be a key position to train as next FCPTA President

     

    2nd VICE PRESIDENT / Programs

    Additional Responsibilities: 

    ·         Attend ALL FCPTA meetings (once per month on the second Monday from 7-9 pm)

    ·         Attend those Peralta District PTA meetings where President and/or Executive VP cannot attend

    ·         Share Executive Vice President duties as needed

    ·         Provide training and assistance as necessary to all unit PTA’s

    ·         Be primarily responsible for Council level programs: Founder’s Day, FUSD Appreciation Event, Awards & Installation, and Hospitality

    ·         Ideally this role will be a key position to train as future FCPTA President

     

    TREASURER

    Additional Responsibilities: 

    ·         Keep books of FCPTA

    ·         Attend ALL FCPTA meetings (once per month on the second Monday from 7-9 pm)

    ·       Track financial reporting of all unit PTA’s (tax filings, insurance payments, etc.)

    ·         Provide training and assistance on financial matters to all unit PTA’s

     

    AUDITOR

    Additional Responsibilities: 

    ·         Audit Council books twice per year

    ·         Attend ALL FCPTA meetings (once per month on the second Monday from 7-9 pm)

    ·         Track audit completion of ALL unit PTA’s (twice per year)

    ·         Assist with unit audits where no auditor exists (either perform yourself or find a suitable candidate)

    ·         Provide training and assistance on audit-related matters to all unit PTA’s

     

    FINANCIAL SECRETARY (Makes bank deposits)

    Additional Responsibilities: 

    ·         Make deposits for FCPTA (most checks come from PTA units for membership, insurance, and events)

    ·         Attend ALL FCPTA meetings (once per month on the second Monday from 7-9 pm)

    ·         Track membership per caps submission of all unit PTA’s

    ·         Provide training and assistance on financial secretary / banking matters to all unit PTA’s

    SECRETARY

    HISTORIAN

    ·         Forward all unit bylaws updates to Peralta District PTA

    ·         Be point of contact for all bylaws matters between units and District/State

    Convention Coordinator: Assist all units in getting members/officers registered for the annual convention
