NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE FREMONT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT REVIEWING THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF CAPITAL FACILITIES FEES FUND PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE ARTICLES 66001 AND 66006.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education ("Board") of the Fremont Unified School District ("School District") will hold a Public Hearing at its Regular Meeting to be held on December 13, 2017 to allow for public comment prior to reviewing the financial statements of the Capital Facilities Fund. Pursuant to California Government Code 66001 and 66006, school districts that collect statutory school facilities fees/developer fees, will make available to the public: annual and five year reporting. The Capital Facilities Funds reports are on file at the School District’s office, located at 4210 Technology Drive, Fremont, CA 94538, and are available for public view from November 20, 2017 through December 13, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The Public Hearing of the School District, to be held on December 13, 2017 will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, at the Board Room, located at 4210 Technology Drive, Fremont, CA 94538. These matters will be considered at such time as this agenda item is considered by the Board of the School District.
