NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Fremont Unified School District (“District”), at its board meeting to be held on October 11, 2017, will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of a revised School Facilities Needs Analysis (“Revised SFNA”). The Board desires to revise the School Facilities Needs Analysis that was adopted on May 10, 2017 (“May SFNA”), to correct typographical errors and add clarifying language. The existing school building capacity is recalculated as part of the proposed Revised SFNA as required under Government Code 65995.6, but the proposed revisions in the Revised SFNA do not alter the analysis of the May SFNA or modify the calculation of the Level 2 and Level 3 school facility fees, which were adopted and authorized by the Board on May 10, 2017. The current Level 2 ($13.05/sf) and Level 3 ($26.11/sf) school facility fees will remain unchanged.
