What is DELAC?

District English Learner Advisory Committee. It is a committe of parents who meet with the Department of State and Federal Projects to assist parents in gathering information about the programs and services that are provided to students and parents in Fremont Unified. The majority of parents in the DELAC committee have students who are English Language Learners.
