What is DELAC?

DELAC stands for the  District English Learner Advisory Committee. It is a committee made up of parents who meet with the Department of Federal and State Projects to assist parents in gathering information about the various programs and services that are provided for English Learners (EL) and their parents in Fremont Unified. The parents serving on the DELAC Committee have students who are English Learners.
