MAZE Days 2012 - 2013

MAZE DAYS: 2012
 
Monday AUG. 27:  SENIORS (8:00 - 11:00 am) / JUNIORS (12:00 - 3:00 pm)
Tuesday AUG. 28: SOPHOMORES (8:00 - 11:00 am) / FRESHMEN (A-L) (12:00 - 2:00 pm)
Wednesday AUG. 29: FRESHMEN (M-Z) (12:00 - 2:00 pm)
 
** FRESHMEN ORIENTATION Tuesday, Aug. 28 (Last Names A-L) and Wednesday, Aug. 29 (Last Names M-Z) (8:00 - 12:00 pm) begins in the Gymnasium.
 
The entire MAZE procedure will begin in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)/aka New Cafeteria.
Required:
  1. Emergency Card completed (MPR)
  2. Signature pages (MPR)
  3. Parent Pledge (MPR)
  4. Donations for Science department (Science department rosters posted) (MPR)
  5. One Stop payment for (MPR):
    1. ASB Sticker
    2. Yearbook
    3. Naviance donation
    4. Book Locker
    5. Agenda planner
  6. LifeTouch/Prestige Photo Station - picture packet completed and $$/cheque provided (Old Cafeteria)
  7. Lock/locker assignment (Rotunda)
  8. Receive student schedule when all else is completed. (200-Hallway)

Late Orientation and MAZE:  September 5, 2012
 
Students who are unable to attend their MAZE Day on August, 27, 28 or 29, or those who did not bring their required documents with parent/guardian signatures, MUST complete their MAZE responsibilities during the morning of their first day of classes on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012. By 7:00 am, students who need to complete this process will report to their respective attendance clerk to receive instructions. (Freshmen/Grade 9: Office B; Sophomores/Grade 10: Office L; Juniors/Grade 11: Office C; Seniors/Grade 12: Office K) 
 
Students MUST have all the required documents with proper signatures in order to receive class schedules. Students CANNOT attend ANY class until all required documents are completed and given to the appropriate office, and have had their student ID picture taken.
