Dear Parents and Families,
 
Welcome to Irvington!
 Please read the instuctions below carefully. There are several links to information that students and parents must read, and forms that must be filled out and signed BEFORE arriving at the school for the physical walk-through registration. All forms on this web site are downloadable (Microsoft Word or PDF format). This online registration packet will enable you and your student to be prepared and save a lot of time and trouble at MAZE day (orientation and registration day) on Irvington's campus at the end of the summer. The first form, the Walk-Through Registration Signature Page, must be printed, signed, and returned on MAZE Day in order for your child to receive his/her class schedule. In order to complete the signature page, you and your student must first read each of the other documents below.

Packet Procedures: There are three (3) organizations that are distributing and collecting information during the registration process:

  1. Irvington High School
  2. IHS Parent-Teacher-Student Association (PTSA)
  3. IHS Athletic Boosters Organization.
     
READ the following items in order before completing necessary walk-through forms:
  1. Walk Through Registration Signature Page To be printed and signed AFTER reading and signing all the other documents below.
  2. IHS: Attendance Policy (.doc) Attendance Policy (.pdf)
  3. IHS: Electronic Policy (.doc) Electronic Policy (.pdf)
  4. FUSD: Annual Notice to Parents Regarding Federal Laws and Education Code Relating to Rights of Parents or Guardians of Minor Pupils located on page 11 of the Parent Handbook.
 
The Following Forms and information are REQUIRED to complete the Walk-Through Registration Process. 
 
These forms will be collected at the beginning of registration starting in the Irvington High School Cafeteria.
  1. TURN IN the Emergency Card that was mailed to you during the month of August.
  2. PRINT AND TURN IN a completed and signed Walk Through Registration Signature Page (.doc).
  3. PRINT AND TURN IN PTSA membership form and dues. (Optional)
  4.  PRINT AND TURN IN Athletic Booster membership form and dues. (Optional)
  5. PRINT and TURN IN Picture Order Form if you would like to purchase your child's school photograph. (OPTIONAL)
  6. PRINT AND TURN IN Locker Agreement Form (OPTIONAL)
  7. PRINT AND TURN IN Student Parking Permit Form (OPTIONAL)

THE FOLLOWING STEP WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE STUDENT UNION or ON-LINE

PAY: This is your opportunity to buy an ASB sticker (gets student into sporting events free, and discounts on tickets and school items), Yearbooks, and Class T-Shirts. There are two payment options this year.

OR

  • If you prefer to pay in person please print out this payment form: MAZE Day Order Form (Ready to download!) and visit the activities office on Maze Day or during the first weeks of school to make your payments.
