Help the Blacow Elementary Special Education Department Program raise funds by donating your gently used clothing and shoes to our new & convenient donation box located in the parking lot at Blacow Elementary.

CARH will donate a portion a the funds raised from the sale of items collected from the donation box to the Blacow Elementary Special Education Department.
