Irvington Signature Project

The 2010-2011 school session will serve as the inaugural year of the Irvington Signature Project.  In order to increase social responsibility, Irvington students will write letters to people they respect who have made a significant and positive change in the world.  Along with the letters, students will enclose a self-addressed envelope and a 3x5 index card, asking the recipient of the letter to sign the card and send it back.  When the signatures are collected, they will be framed and sold at an auction.  After the money is collected, students will choose a non-profit and donate all of the proceeds to that organization.

All members of the Irvington community (students, teachers, parents, supporters) are encouraged to help by either writing letters or donating signatures.  If you would like to write a letter, please have the person you respect send it to the following address:
