The Grad Nite Committee is excited to announce that the Class of 2013 Grad Nite Celebration will be held from Friday, June 21-22, 2013 at Disneyland Park and Disney’s California Adventure! For this once-in-a-lifetime event we want to help the Senior Class create one final high school memory with a little Disney magic!

THE EVENT

Our seniors will graduate on Thursday, June 20, 2013 and will be able to spend the entire evening with their friends and family. The next morning Grad Nite attendees will meet at Irvington High School main parking lot at 7:00 a.m. and board coach tour buses bound for Disneyland with an estimated arrival time of 3:00 p.m. This leaves plenty of time for them to enjoy attractions at both parks using their Park Hopper Pass. Then, at 11:00 p.m. the graduates will head to their private party at California Adventure Park to party the night away until 3:00 a.m. After the festivities, they’ll board the buses and head home, returning on Saturday morning at approximately 10:30 a.m.

THE COST
The early price is $175.00 per student until January 12, 2013
The price then increases to $195.00 from January 13, 2013 – March 1, 2013
The price for late registration is $225.00 from March 2, 2103 – April 1, 2013
 

** The first 150 students are guaranteed a seat on a bus so sign up as early as possible to reserve your seat! This will be a First-Come, First-Serve basis**

Those who register late may not be able to attend if there are not enough students to fill a bus!
(Your money will be refunded if we are unable to accommodate you)

All payments must be paid  through PayPal or by personal check, cashier’s check or money order payable to I.H.S. Grad Nite (no payment of any kind will be accepted after April 1st).  Make sure your student’s name and student ID number is listed on their payment.

FUNDRAISING AND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Check the Individual Fundraising page to find the latest opportunities for you and your student to earn up to 100% of his/her ticket.
The Group Fundraising page will have upcoming events for students and parents to help raise money for the Grad Nite Fund.
