Home Economics classes are alive and well at Irvington High School.  We have 9 sections of the classes listed above.  The two teachers are Jackie Hashimoto and Susan Paulsen.  Both have been at Irvington for over 12 years and have developed a comprehensive program for hands on training in Home Economics.  Please see each teacher's individual web page for more information.
