Transcripts

To request a transcript during the school year:

  1. Print and fill out the Transcript Request Form
  2. If submitting in person, submit to Mrs. Lankford in the main office
  3. If submitting by mail, send to the school address, attn: Mrs. Lankford
  4. Each transcript costs $3.
  5. If you need the transcript mailed to an institution, please provide an SASE (self-addressed, stamped envelope). If you do not, it will cost an additional $1.
Note: failure to pay the appropriate amount will result in a delay in the processing of your transcript!

To request a transcript during the summer:
  • Transcripts for the years from 1984-current can be obtained through the District Office for $5. Click here for additional information.
  • For transcripts containing years prior to 1984, you must contact Mrs. Lankford during the regular school year
