NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR THE   2014 SCHOOL YEAR

Enrollment packets can be picked up in the Gateway(main)Office 
THE OFFICE IS OPEN DAILY FROM 7:30 AM TO 3:30 PM 
 
When you pick up the packet, an appointment will be made that's convenient for you to return it with your required documents.
 
The packet will include course registration materials that your student can take to their current teacher(s) to sign for course recommendations.
 
If you wish to preview enrollment documentation requirements, you can visit the Pupil Services page of the FUSD website.
 
  We do not offer shadowing experiences at this time.

DEADLINES FOR IRVINGTON MAGNET & MISSION JAPANESE PROGRAM have closed.
Continuing & New Intra District Transfers will be accepted
at the home school 4/22 - 5/15 
NOTE: Students currently attending AHS on Intra or Inter District Transfers
must re-apply every year
Continuing INTER district applications considered 5/16 to 5/31 -
applications made at the home district 
NEW INTER district transfers considered 6/1 to 6/12

Current Students
Paper Transcripts - Official (sealed, ready to mail) or unofficial - complete the request available in Gateway.  $5 fee
Allow 2 days to process.
 
Electronic Transcripts - AVAILABLE for the COMMON APP ONLY -
$20 -order in Gateway, pay Mrs. Burch
Take the receipt to your Counselor. 
BE SURE WHAT  KIND OF TRANSCRIPT YOU NEED BEFORE
YOU COME TO GATEWAY!  
 
Former Students 
  Transcripts can be requested in the Gateway office or by mail.  There is a $5 fee for each transcript.  See the link at the right for the request form.  If submitting by mail, provide a business sized envelope with postage affixed and addressed to the place you want it mailed.  
Electronic transcripts are not available for former students at this time.
