The goal of Walters Physical Education Department is to provide a well rounded program of sports and physical fitness activities for all students. The program is designed to promote interest and enthusiasm among students to introduce proper life-long fitness habits and to develop fundamental skills in various activities. Seventh grade units include weight training , golf, track and field , soccer skills, bowling, hockey, football, and outdoor adventure. The eighth grade units include volleyball, weight training, basketball, softball, paddle tennis, ultimate frisbee and dance.
