We want Vallejo Mill Elementary School to be the very best place for students to attend.  We are committed to providing a safe and orderly environment where all staff and students are respected and valued. It is our mission that this policy will help create an atmosphere that is most conducive to learning.  This policy is built upon belief that each student has the right to learn and each teacher has the right to teach.  We will all strive to be fair and consistent.
