The Assessment & Accountability Department ​is one of the departments in Instructional Services

Instructional Services Team Vision & Mission

Instructional Services is a dynamic leadership team that collaborates, innovates, and advances together to create optimal and equitable conditions for student and adult learning.

We provide quality support and expertise that empowers:
• Management to Lead • Teachers to Engage • Students to Succeed

 
Assessment and Accountability handles student achievement testing required by the state.  Among these tests are the following:
 

SBAC (Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium)
English Language Arts and Math 

 

~ State mandated test for grades 3-8 and 11

CAST (California Science Test)
 
~ State mandated test for grades 5, 8, and a school-specific   assigned high school grade.

State Physical Fitness Testing

~ State mandated test for grades 5, 7, 9
